Delivery & Returns Information
ANYTHING ORDERED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN WE ARE BACK IN THE NEW YEAR. We will resume full services, including processing orders, starting 8:00am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024
All orders placed online are dispatched through our trusted courier partners – based on their size. Smaller items are dispatched via Royal Mail, with larger consignments carried by APC.
Once you’ve placed an order, we will get to work on it as soon as possible – with custom-cut foam taking a little longer.
Foam Orders can take up to 6-10 working days
Anything under this amount will be charged a flat fee of just £9.80.
We expect that our product and service will meet your high expectations.
In the unlikely event of having to return an item, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with more details so we can expect the return parcel.
Unfortunately, any item which has been cut-to-size based on your specifications cannot be returned. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Any non cut-to-size products can be returned at the buyer’s expense and would be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Of course, if there are any problems with your order, contact us immediately and we’ll put it right, straight away!
